This policy explains what Al Gusto Distribution ("we", "us") collects through algustodistribution.com and algdsd.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Each of our brand websites has its own policy.
What we collect
Information you send us
When you use the wholesale form, we receive your name, store or company name, email address, phone number if you give it, what you're interested in and your message. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records basic technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use it
- To answer your request and send pricing, catalogs and spec sheets.
- To set up and manage wholesale, delivery and distributor accounts.
- To keep the site secure and filter spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies, and we don't run advertising or tracking tools on it. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, which hosts this site and processes form submissions.
- Our email provider, to receive and answer your messages.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and business correspondence for as long as we need them to work with you, and for up to seven years for business and tax records.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out of any sale or sharing, though we don't sell or share it. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email office@algdsd.com or call (562) 806-8988. We'll verify your request and respond within 45 days.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card or bank details through the form.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top of this page.
